Free for 14 days

A payment method is required to start, and the trial is capped at 25 initial live requests. Nothing is charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel from the billing portal before then.

What Core includes

  • 1 location
  • Up to 5 users
  • 500 initial email requests per billing period
  • Up to one reminder per request (retries do not count again)
  • Issue recovery: assignment, deadlines and one overdue alert
  • Reporting on sent, delivered, submitted, Google handoffs, skipped and failed
  • Manual links, CSV approval and an assisted webhook trigger

The request quota is a hard stop with an owner notification. There is no automatic overage charge and no backlog sent out on the reset day.

Setup, support and cancellation

Setup
Guided by the CrownVouch team: Google review destination check, optional profile creation help, webhook connection and the first approved send.
Free plan
There is no permanent free plan. The guided trial is the only no-cost period.
Billing
Subscriptions, receipts and payment updates are handled in a hosted billing portal (Polar). Card details never reach CrownVouch.
Cancellation
Cancel any time from the hosted billing portal. Sending stops at the end of the paid period; existing issues stay readable and exportable during a 30-day wind-down.
