What CrownVouch is, and what it refuses to be

Who runs it

CrownVouch is operated by Operator legal name not configured. Crown Media Service, a marketing agency, is the first design partner and reseller and helps its clients set the service up. The product is in a guided pilot: the team checks each business's Google review destination and confirms the first approved send with them.

Who it is for

• A business owner who wants reviews asked for consistently without chasing staff.
• A manager who needs to know within a day when a customer was unhappy.
• An agency that sets up review requests for several clients and wants the same safe rules for each.

It is not for buying reviews, gating reviews, SMS campaigns or marketing to prospects.

Principles the software enforces

Equal access to Google

Every customer sees the Google review link before any form and for every rating. The workflow editor cannot hide it, delay it by rating, or offer it selectively.

Private means private

Private feedback goes to the business and is never published. A customer may copy their own words to Google; nothing is posted for them.

One request, one reminder

A completed job earns one email and at most one reminder. Nobody is asked again by the same business for 90 days, and every email has a one-step unsubscribe.

Honest numbers

A Google click is reported as an observed handoff, not as a posted review. Only Google knows what was published.

Low ratings become work, not noise

A private rating of 1 to 3 opens an issue for a named manager with a one-business-day first-response deadline.

Minimal data

Names, emails, a transaction reference and the feedback itself. No card details, invoices, addresses or tracking pixels.
