How it works

From completed job to customer follow-up

Send a request, collect a response and assign concerns.

Step 1: After work is complete

What happens
A completed job or manual action starts the workflow.
What you can change
Choose manual links, CSV imports or connected events.
Fixed rule
Safety and opt-out checks always run.

Step 2: Wait 1 day

What happens
The request waits for your chosen delay and sending window.
What you can change
Send now or wait 2 hours, 1 day or 2 days.
Fixed rule
Late requests expire instead of sending unexpectedly.

Step 3: Ask for feedback

What happens
A neutral email offers Google and private feedback separately.
What you can change
Edit the subject and introduction.
Fixed rule
Every rating gets the same Google option.

Step 4: Send one reminder

What happens
One reminder can follow if the customer has not responded.
What you can change
Choose whether and when it is sent.
Fixed rule
Customers are never repeatedly chased.

Step 5: Notify the manager

What happens
A private rating of 1–3 creates an assigned recovery task.
What you can change
Choose the recovery manager.
Fixed rule
The first response is due within one business day.

Owners adjust timing, message wording, the optional reminder and the recovery manager in a guided editor. The 1 to 3 recovery threshold is fixed.

Want to change the timing or the reminder and watch what happens? Open the interactive demo. No login required.

Thank you for choosing Sample Business. Choose either option below, or both. Neither one is required.

Private feedback

No rating selected

Preview: submitting only shows a note.

A rating is required only to send private feedback. Comments are optional.

Preview only. Nothing on this page sends an email or opens Google. Customers choose where their words go; nothing is posted on their behalf.

  • Two independent routes

Google and private feedback are always separate choices.

  • Private means private

Private feedback goes only to the business.

  • Low ratings become a task

Ratings of 1–3 create an assigned recovery task.

What CrownVouch handles

  • Ask consistently

Start a neutral request after each completed job.

  • Track every request

See what was scheduled, delivered, completed or skipped.

  • Recover concerns

Low private ratings become assigned tasks with a response deadline.

Getting started

Two ways to start, one setup conversation

Already have a Google profile?

Add your Google review link, confirm you are authorised to act for the business, and we check that the destination is a valid review page. Requests can start once that check is complete.

Starting without a profile?

We guide you through creating a Google Business Profile and requesting verification as a resumable setup task with a named owner and next action. Review requests begin once the profile and review link are ready. Verification is Google's decision and is not guaranteed.

Manual and automatic

Start requests the way your business already works

Start with a link, QR code, customer list or connected event.

  • Personal link

Create and share a link for one customer.

  • Reusable business link with QR code

Use one printable QR code for walk-in customers.

  • CSV approval

Preview a customer list, then approve it before sending.

  • Assisted backend webhook

Start requests from completed-work events in your system.

Same safeguards every time

Trust and questions

Clear limits, stated up front

Are Google reviews and private feedback separate?

Yes. Google and private feedback are separate choices, available for every rating.

Who controls what gets posted?

The customer. CrownVouch never posts a review on anyone's behalf.

How many emails does a customer receive?

One request and at most one reminder. Customers can unsubscribe at any time.

Which channels are available?

Email is available now. SMS is not currently offered.

Ready to ask every customer, every time?

Tell us about your business and whether you have a Google profile yet. We will reply to arrange a short setup conversation. See the current pilot offer on the pricing page.
